We are sorry but due to the highly customized, one of a kind nature of our Bi and Tri Color, they cannot be returned or exchanged.  All sales of Bi and Tri Colors are final and nonrefundable.  Thank you for your understanding.

The bi and tri colors need to be ordered separately from any other order you place so it does not hold up your order until the bi or tri colors are done at the end of the month ( see message dated 6/12/2010).  This will also eliminate extra shipping by eliminating the need to alway back order the bi and tri colors from your other orders.

FNT Industries will be twisting the bi and tri colors only once a month.  They will be processed only on the last week of every month.

FNT Insustries will be closed for the 4th of July holiday starting on June 30th and returning on July 7th.

All the employees of FNT Industries would like to thank our over 7,000 rosary twine customers for their support and prayers while we recovered from the devastating flood that occured in our manufacturing facility on January 4th 2010.  We are pleased to anounce that all of our new yarn has arrived and we are presently in the process of twising our primary colors.  Our machines and employess are working around the clock to fill all the back orders and new orders in a timely fashion.
